US Deadliest 2024 Nuclear Submarine Is Ready For Action

Nuclear submarines are divided into generations. The first-generation submarines, built in the 1950s, are characterized by relatively high noise and imperfect hydroacoustic systems. The second generation was built in the 60's - 70's. The shape of the hull was optimized to increase speed. The S9G Reactor, Virgina-Class is MHD silent drive powered, not restricted by treaty limitations, has increased anti-aircraft capability and substantially thicker armor, gaining cruise speeds beyond 34 notts (63 kmh), as mentioned but the actual speed is currently classified. I'm only guessing, it's probably safe to say, is the fastest craft in the SSB league.
