From what I gather, the charges were dropped immediately after his defense team requested the call logs of the accusing party...it would have become public...the logs in question would have shown that the secret service was in close & constant communication with the Guiado coup faction & it's actors in D.C. .

Max should sue the jerks who falsely accused him of assault and battery. And sue the police for the way the arrested him and the Sheriff for the way he was held in custody for 48 hours without a phone call. Police call logs don't just disappear. They are not just erased or destroyed especially when they are evidence in an active case.
