I was on the EDSON for 3 1/2 years. I just was there in AUGUST and lived on the ship for a week.

USS PT658 and USS LCI(L)713 museum ships located in Portland OR near the Blueback submarine. Also USS LST325. You left out all amphibs, dont they count?

Its sad that some of the battleships only have a few years of use They are basically new. We certainly didn't get our money out of them...

USS Wisconsin is the youngest American battleship. I think she’s had about 13 years of use.

@@lelandgaunt9985how so? She is in way better place now. Large navy presence, lot more people to tour her and raise money to restore. Was not getting that where she was.
