US Poly international Auctions, Fake Asian Art from China, CAVEAT EMPTOR
US Poly International is in no way connected to Poly Auctions located in Hong Kong and Mainland China. They do give the impression though by the use of the name that they are, they are not and sell from what we can see only copies and reproductions.
Amusingly they seem to be tied to Lauren Auctions in Georgia, Lauren Auction Gallery in Georgia, Roswell Gallery in Georgia.

Renting cheap space and selling cheap porcelain with fancy photos and fake provenance , seems like its Lauren with new names and places . My guess is that some of the more expensive wares are sold due to money being laundered through them . Buyers beware !

Permanent Country of origin marking Should now be required for all imports of objects as it used to be .. use to be a legal requirement until Customs allowed paper stickers Although it’s a felony to remove the sticker for the purpose of deceiving the consumer.. it’s rarely enforced

It's fascinating that similar pieces or the same pieces are sold again and again week after week and month after month. Talk about residual income.

It is ppsible to find good pieces out there, The problem is that if a few experts in all the United States can control the market and pick who can or cannot sale for big galleries, people will end up selling in live auctioneers, Local Auctions galleries were mostly they items are going to be sold at pocket change prices , And were do this pieces even masterpieces Finally end up? Back in the hands of those same people and experts from this galleries telling you that yoir pieces are not valuable enough for they major galleries but,, you should sale online or local galleries... Do people really believe that an expert with that type of market control is going to tell Joe smoke that he has an imperial Qin dynasty vase ? Knowing that China will pay hundreds of thousands of dollars in a piece? Of course the market has been controled for a long time and especially now with those websites ripping off , peoples treasures to be sold overseas, Not even in the states no more....Just saying ..

Its hilarious that they would advertise that they would have pieces owned by the Tokugawa family considering they lived in Edo castle which burnt down multiple times during and after their lifetimes and was completely leveled during the bombings of Tokyo in world War 2. If anything they owned happened to survive I guarantee that it would already be declared a national treasure and sitting in a museum in Tokyo.

Well it seems that being a con artist is approved of by a good number of people. Not good.

PERMANENT ORIGIN COUNTRY MARKING I have tried to get your attention regarding for you to advocate the return that all objects from China should be permanently marked as they were in the past .. we are all familiar with “ China “ until the 1920’s then they were required to mark it with “ made in China “ as it was with Nippon and made in Japan . That was the practice until Customs allowed stickers to be used . Which although it’s illegal to remove the stickers to fool the public as to the age of the piece . It’s rarely enforced Removable labels should not be permitted to pass customs and you should advocate that it’s a remedy for this constant fraud that has been a constant crime
