Im sure its going to be plenty sturdy but isnt pvc lumber, brads and nails a bit of overkill for an HO scale building that isnt going to move? Just adking.

John you're probably right. But overkill is better than underkill any day. I'll be moving it from the layout to my bench to add more details, putting it back on the layout to see how it looks, , taking it outside to rattlecan.
