Making fighting with hordes of enemies a little bit easier. Thanks to nerfing weapons people left the game. What's the point in playing PvE game if you don't feel progression in damage? War Thunder is PvP game. Balance here is a must to have fair playing field as you play vs other players and skill should be rewarded.

@@Das_P-vq7kz having CAS is not a substitute for SPAA. SPAA helps keep people in and helps the team. Also so many times I’ve seen American CAS players die incredibly fast, either by suicide bombing or thinking they can beat an enemies SPAA head on, that they don’t always help hold air supremacy.

The Skink is hot garbage though, the armor is just a cope for how poor it performs as an SPAA. In the British TT, the Bosvark and Ystervark are objectively superior at AA, at the same or lower BR, because of their speed and the fact their guns actually do damage and have good velocity. You aren't killing anyone with the Skink before the CAS has already killed multiple teammates unless they strafe close to you, but the Bosvark and Ystervark can quickly get into a good position where you can shoot CAS down as they fly in from their spawn before they actually kill anyone

The Lowe was never actually built, and Gaijin no longer does "paper tanks" (at least not knowingly). Personally, I'd be fine with adding paper tanks, so long as there's a sufficiently detailed blueprint to model it without entering into the realm of complete fantasy like World of Tanks has done. But a *lot* of War Thunder players despise the concept of paper tanks, so Gaijin will probably not do it. While we're at it, I'd love for the Panther II and Coelian to be brought back to the tech tree, just changing the Panther II to have an accurate turret and gun. And for that matter, add a tech tree E-100 with the historically correct turret (the Maus turret was too heavy to actually work on it). Hell, maybe even bring back the Tiger 10.5cm too, even though technically it is a fantasy tank (that gun wouldn't have had room to function in a Tiger II turret, and the concept never got far enough for an actual new turret to be designed for it). Just grandfather the thing in and invent a semi-realistic enlarged turret for it to give enough room for a 10.5cm gun to recoil.

I'm quite happy that they've decided to upgrade the test-drive for aircraft... It is really annoying to not have respawning vehicles. I hope they also change the aircraft bots from ally aircraft to enemy aircraft, it might seem like a small thing, but this actually prevents you from testing air kills on arcade mode and also hides hit, crits and severe damage messages from appearing

The entry cites an article (link to that is listed in the entry), which states that based off of existing correspondence from the Nibelungenwerke (which was responsible for building tank hulls) at least 3 hulls were finished, even if they were never married to their intended turrets. It is however unclear if these hulls were of the Vorne (VK 45.02 A in WoT) or the Hinten (VK 45.02 B in WoT) design.

Spike missiles were intentionally made useless. Gaijin recently passed the Wiesel MELLS for consideration.... they added the Puma with spikes making the addition of the MELLS in the future completely useless, the last ground event vehicle for Germany was the Vilkas which is another light tank with Spike missiles. So all in all i would say that the worst possible event vehicle choice like literally the WORST choice possible would be the Wiesel MELLS.... Which is precisely why it will be the MELLS! (i correctly predicted every last OP Russian tank added and every useless non Russian event vehicle added like correctly predicting the PETARD AVRE when they made the Centurion AVRE available again making the addition of the Churchill AVRE PETARD redundant but again there is no Russian bias in this game)

@FXIIBeaver did you know that the top speed of both vehicles is the same and the mass is like 2 tons different? The mobility of both vehicles is almost the same, which one is faster will come down to how you drive. The firepower on the m1a1 is far superior to that of the ipm1, m829a1 is a 120mm round vs m900 which is a 105, the penetration on m829a1 is far superior. Both tanks have the same reload

@asu-5748 it's not the same gun. The tiger 10.5cm is equipped with the 10.5cm kwk L/68 based on a 10.5cm aa gun. It fires 15.6kg projectiles at 1005m/s. The Lowe was going to have the 10.5cm kwk L/70, based off a necked down 12.8cm aa gun. It fired 18kg projectiles (as yes the gun was built and tested) 1000m/s, and 15.6kg shells at 1075m/s The Lowe gun continued development after the Lowe was canceled as a pak gun, but was too big for consideration on the tiger 2.

@xyz3524 I don't really seen the connection. Wargaming does the completely made up designs because of how their game works. The fact each tank is multiple varients and the need for no copy paste tanks and a tank to full every teir in a tree. The game also included complete fantasy stuff from the begining (in the form of fantasy guns and engines). I don't see why adding real designs that never left paper level to warthunder would result in the same issue. Warthunder inherently has more tanks to add, as even minor differences results in completely separate tanks and they are willing to jump brs when doing trees. They also don't feel the need to floud the game with as many premiums.

Doesn't matter it's obsolete or not the XM-1 and the jap Type-16 uses this as it's main shell. You can't just kill 2 tanks especially premiums when it was heavily nerfed because the gaijin f.s can't read a simple spreadsheet correctly. The only US tank that fires M735 is the M60A1-RISE(P) and it is at 8.7. The M1A1 and T80B are two different tanks with very different BR's, so why are you comparing them? The MBT-70 fires a round very similar to M735, it can fight the T80B just fine because it fights it the same way it does every other T-series

Regarding battle passes for this game, I think they’ve all been terrible. One thing WoT does better is their battle pass system. You get actual value from them with paid currency, in game currency and boosters and everything else in them. You actually look forward to unlocking everything. You also got progression towards unlocking tiers from simply playing matches. You didn’t need to go out of your way to do specific challenges that you only get a few of daily. War Gaming is a lot more forgiving with their BP’s. Since I’ve been playing this game for the last 2 years I have not been interested in a single battle pass. Not like I was when I played WoT.

I have mixed feelings about the Canada situation. I already own rhe Ram II, but primarily play Britain, and the Ram should have been moved to the UK a long time ago, so that's good. Gaijin can fuck right off if they think I'm paying for it a second time... Then there's the Skink. I don't have an issue with it being a copy paste, but the same vehicles flying under the same flag for two countries is Gaijin truly doubling down on not picking a home for Canada.

I'd be happy with a proper 5.0 or 6.0 AA, cause M42 4.0 having to endure 5.0 and 6.0 and even 7.0 planes is painful, especially since it has no tech to allow it to go hand to hand with 7.0 planes (USA only gets a proper AA at 7.7)

I'm not sure I get the sentiment about letting the J-10 have it's PL8Bs, not only are they just PL8 with R73 IRCCM (so 0.75 fov), the plane carries 8 missiles and a maximum of 6 ARHs, so it's average there, it's accel at mach1+ is mediocre because of how they modeled it, PL-12s as great as they are don't have that much range, the plane also only has 72 CMs, and the radar is okay, PL-8Bs would be akin to just an aim-9L with an R73 seeker, the plane isn't the top of the meta and either way IR missiles are very much not meta anymore

Gaijin needs to add a Humvee with a tow launcher for America, Also they need to add the Grumman FM2 which is a Super wildcat used mostly on American support carriersin WW2, 11-1KD 4x50cals a extra 250hp a taller tail and can climb to 10,000 ft faster then the corsair and the Hellcat. Fantastic Battlepass vehicle but would love it in the tech tree...welcome to opinions

personally the sort of ground event vehicle i would want to see from germany would de the (panzer 7). so yeah if the (panzer 7 lowe or lion), comes to the game i would definitely try to grind it out, and i think if such a vehicle like this is coming it's going to be popular because, if you get that thing in a good hold down position, ain't nothing gonna move you.

Hello TheEuropeanCanadian, I have an idea for event, we all know the churchill AVRE petard with 231mm and its short range cannon, there is another version of it, with much longer cannon, these can be placed in battlerating of 5.7 or 4.7, these one has an extended range, and my idea about these vehicle that it can be an event, and my idea is ( you cant grind the long cannon churchill, only if you have the old event churchill avre petard), so yeah thats all. i like your channel.

In my opinion they need to add m900 to every Abram’s and m833 to every m60 in the game. Or maybe even m900 to the m60s cause irl it was issued but recommend not to be fired out of the m60 105mm but could be fired out of the M1 upgraded 105mm

Gaijin is very VERY bad about changing stuff unannounced and on the fly. They do this at all levels from basic game mechanics and stats, to just how they communicate to their player base asyoumention.

Could the upcoming German event vehicle be the OSA/Gecko, which was leaked among the other things few weeks ago? AfaIk it´s an East German SPAA and I guess it will be around 10.0.

Doubt it, they don't like locking SPAA behind events. It'd go to Italy (hungary ) and Russia too ofc so it would be weird to make it event as well
