You're doing great and your attitude about the work is very encouraging and positive. What a testimony. 😊 I've done flat bed, roll-tainers and the loose packages like you're doing right now. Winter is cold up north because as you know, it takes a while to unload. Hand and foot warmers work great for that. Those cooling cloths for your head and neck are awesome. Stay hydrated and stay safe in those sketchy neighborhoods.

Enjoying your videos. Reminds me of my time on the dollar general account. My advice would be to preplan the last leg of your route because that gps will get you into a lot of trouble eventually. Just take the time to pull over before you get to the town. And there is generally a truck route close. That also helps with figuring out the best way to either get behind or get into the store. The roll carts are easier in some ways but pushing a 1800 lb roll cart up an incline can still suck. Especially since most family dollars have a cant to the parking lot that aids your rollers come down. The pay might seem less but you can get more loads off. Also you don’t get slowed down by employees needing a break. Love the videos. Keep them up. Once you get through the summer you have er licked.

Hard working man… Did Roe pay for your CDL?
@bluegrassoutdoors5 ай бұрын
They have a gycdl program. You don't owe them anything if you complete 120,000 miles for them. But if you break the contract, you owe them around $7000, which you can pay in payments.

So did you have to pay Roel back for your CDL? Or just quit in 4 months
@bluegrassoutdoors2 ай бұрын
You have to pay them back. They have 3 different payment plans. It’s $7000 through them but if you pay it all up front and get your cdl on your own it cost you around $5000.

I loved the account, except for the time off. You get 34 hours off a week and it can be random every week. That's the main downfall. It is very physical but it says great and the most of the people at the family dollar store are great to work with 👍
