Hi With f1 visa we get 2 years to stay in Us right, then why is that we ask our companies to sponsor h1b right after getting the job ?

Great question man! As of now H1B is a lottery process which means people are randomly selected from the pool of applications, that also means that there is no guarantee if you'll get in first attempt or second/third or never. To try all 3 times (1 yr on OPT + 2 yrs on STEM), students ask employers to file H1 from year 1 of OPT itself. It's like trying your luck 3 times. Hope it helps!

Number one rule is that choose a house within 0.8 miles of NEU Snell library, as that's an easily walkable distance. To name some neighborhoods, look for Mission Main, Mission Hill (not the far ones), Park Drive, Fenway Park area, Saint Stephen St.(the closest you can get), anywhere on or off Mass Ave. (within 0.8miles), Hemenway St., Tremont St. Hope it helps :)

Hi Mayank. Thanks for making the video. What is the price for a single bedroom with bathroom in a larger apartment ? Also what is the price for a studio apartment ? Is it possible to find these close to Northeastern ?
