William Jefferson Clinton was sworn in Monday (20/1) to a second term as
president of the United States during a ceremony in Washington.
Clinton, whose new four-year mandate will usher in the 21st century, took the 35-word oath of office from Supreme Court Chief Justice William Rehnquist on the west steps of the US Capitol which houses the Senate and the House of Representatives.

Bill Clinton was a superb President; he managed the Balkan Crisis (1992-1995) with exactly the right amount of firepower, not too much not too little; he managed a good economy; he boosted education and healthcare; he shaped USA for the US until 2003 in terms of Economy. I would rank him alongside FDR, TR, Nixon, LBJ, Carter and possibly H.W Bush.

Yes, he is a good president, even with his oral problems under the table because it is none of our business, done without coercion, though absolutely immoral, especially coming from the country's Patriarch, the president. As a President, all the problems of the world are on his head with a lot of stress, strain and I can understand the tension and need for relief. If I were the President, I would have done the same thing, why blame him. As an Indian, I personally love him, he has been good/fair with India. He is really tall, athletic, charishmatic, and handsome guy.
