The gloves are for gardening. Marigolds are good for pest control and as flowers. Inter planet the marigolds within the vegetable garden.

Al the broken tiles can be used to make an outside washing area. Every piece is useful, you can make a mosaic style area outside your kitchen, a Washing area perhaps. Don’t throw away any of the tiles

Hi Charlow! Congratulations on your blessings of seeds, gardening books and solar system. I am very happy for you. Just for your information, zucchini does well in bags/ containers since it doesn't branch out like water melon and pumpkins. Can't wait to see more crops in the kitchen garden.. By the way, the watermelons didn't sound hollow when you tapped them and the one Linet turned up the spot that touched the ground needs to be more yellow. It's almost time for that one though.

Awesome seeds there but do not neglect the local veggies like amaranth, okra & Jute leaves. Good thing that those are heirloom & seeds can be saved & grown. Congratulations. Oh by the way do not compost the tomato plants they seem to hv had blight which might cause a problem in the soil. Make sure when you water the tomatoes, the water does not splash on the leaves & crop rotate. The marigolds is very good for companion planting. Put them all around the garden, some pests don’t like the smell.
