+Ken Franklin *Noooooo.* You _always_ want to remember the gear, whether it moves or is welded. I even check it in the Cub... our club lost a perfectly good Arrow a few months ago because _both_ the CFI and the complex student forgot those gear checks. Learn it now, or pay later, junior!
