It's not so much about individual muscles it more about how well the facial connection is working as well as proper gate mechanics

You joke, but studies show people who grimace when lifting/exercising perform worse than when they do not.

The glute muscles are probably the most important for sprinting, yet there is no mention of them here.

Body mastery is the most important for sprinting & no one mentions it.

A smart message. i would agree. Sprinting is a complex skill. It's the brain what has the most influence on skills. especially complex ones. not certain muscles @@biggalaxy9102

No! From a muscle perspective it's the center/core musces that are most important. So #1 is probably psoas and pelvic floor. Glutes are also very important because they're also close the the center of the COM. Basically the closer the muscle to the COM , the more important. But at the end it's the brain that controls all the muscles. Don't think that training muscles help to sprint faster. It doesn't if the pattern isn't similar. Do you ever though about why it's very easy to improve a movement such as squat, or bench press. It's harder to improve movements such as jumping or throwing. And it's very, very difficult to improve sprinting! It's because sprinting is such a complex skill relative to jumping or squating. It's cyclical, fast, reflexive and uses nearly all muscles. And some morons really think that we can improve this by lifting a barbell in the gym...

Some big myth i want to discuss. There is in my opinion much more to do with arm and leg movements in athletics and other things than you initially notice. For example, when running, the faster your arm movements can go, the faster you can let your legs go. You can also train specifically for this so that you can reach a higher level in running, because this also applies to a sprint in athletics: the faster you can do the arm and leg movements, the faster you can sprint.I,m also a sprinter and to improve, I have shortened my arm movements and feel that this can make me considerably faster. It's almost as if you can have an extra gear because of that, and you can outrun other sprinters that are normally faster. Your leg movements may be a little shorter, but if you can do the arm movements a lot faster, than it,s no problem at all. For example, if you see Femke Bol, Sidney Mcloughlin and Jakob Ingebrigtsen their arm movements, it seems more to me that they have shorter arm movements than other athletes, They have less upward arm movement when running, which already saves time. So i'm not surprised they run world records and they can be even faster. I once calculated it for the 100m sprint, for example, the average number of steps is now approximately +-44, suppose you can improve 1 hundredth of a second per cycle of arm and leg movement, then someone like Noah Lyles, for example, can break the World record with ease for 100m, and not only him. I don't think this is very unrealistic. For example, why do you think Bolt was so good at 100m. Very simple, he had a lot of stride length, which made him actually much better than the others who did not actually have this, then you can have even longer arm movements, like the rest, then the others are at a serious disadvantage. But in his case it,s not because you have longer arms that it takes much longer then others to do the armcyclus, it depends more of your armspeed. Had they shortened their arm movements or could increased their arm movements and been able to do them a lot faster, Bolt was still not certain that he would win. I,m no trying to make my arm movements as short as possible, I make both the forward movement shorter and the backward movement I also go back less far. which allows me to reduce even much more than a hundredth per armcycle. the majority of athletes just like me used to have arm movements that are much longer in distance than me, unless they can do them faster, this is a disadvantage. I,m surprised even movement scientists did'nt discover this before. Some people say like 9 seconds flat is not possible on 100m, but with what i know, it's not that unrealistic to reach 9 seconds. It,s even possible to run without your arm's but that doesn't mean you can run faster without arms. You need you arm's to have a correct balance with your legs. I think the problem is why topcoaches didn't discovered it because they don't think that far. I already told a top sprint coach in my country and he laughed about it. Something i find very strange, that they don't see it. I saw lately the Netflix serie sprint and i saw in the first 2 episodes in their training that the best sprint coaches think they know more then others. They only use most off the training they did or learned from someone else. In most off the cases it's clearly they don't even understand completely how training works. Some people that can understand here, that what i discovered no one else discovered before and can agree i'm right, and it's a myth you don't need an armswing that heigh like all sprinters do, to sprint fast?

Really no substance to this. I was expecting a breakdown of his running form in comparison to other runners and in comparison to what science believes would be perfect form given the human anatomy. East of time viewing this

They are guessing. This isn't why Usain was the fastest man ever. There is something that is more important than the physical aspect of all of this. The physical is just the by product of something much more important. But I'm will never talk about it. All the greats of all time know about it but hardly ever talk about it. Anyway I know this sounds vague & will never help you find the answer you're looking for. Oh well. 😊

See even if. I don't understand the , ok i kniw that was hottt, understand the loneliness i would be wrong, i m not using the word desire here, he was single, i m telling you i can't recreate it, single committed male female, because you can get away with playing i m so female card, what card should i play i am so bechara card, and no one wants to be with bechara's , nonetheless makhan lagane ki jarurat nahi hai , bolna aur karna , kuch kiya hoga isliye hi toh bol rahe hai , now this is getting way more complicated than i am capable of comprehending 🤯
