Awesome performance by UCLA, I believe they'll be the women's NCAA champions this season as long as no key player suffers a season-ending injury. I'm surprised Londynn Jones was player of the game for UCLA in this matchup instead of Kiki Rice or Lauren Betts.

I think this is the first time Coach Gottlieb got out-coached. One coach made the adjustments, the other one didn't. Remove Juju from this game and its a boat race, UCLA waxes USC by 20. Hopefully as the year progresses, Gottlieb can get more out of that center. This team lives and dies on Juju, thats not productive from a team perspective. UCLA made it a staple to keep the ball out of Jujus hands for the majority of this game. Until she got into an inevitable rhythm. There was no gameplan to get the ball to Juju, draw in the possible double team and set up everyone else down low or on the perimeter. The USC fan base doesn't care about your NBA coaching experience and your prior accomplishments Coach Gottlieb. You come to USC. Especially with a generational guard on your team. You better find a way to beat UCLA. End of story.
