Sir please Add 2 more point Exhale through nose after holding breath Gargling after using inhaler

Thankyou so much. Regarding exhaling through nose its not mandatory. One can exhale through nose or mouth doesnt matter. After holding breath everyone will eventually exhale. Regarding Gargles after inhalers, point well noted and as am reviewing the video after your comment thats something we always stress upon but as you rightly pointed this needs to be corrected.

I brocotitis patient from 20years. Your giving good information. I am suffering from pneumonia by birth .again from 3 months suffering from pneumonia breathing problem..I am on oxygen from 1year n from 3 months I am using oxygen from 24 hours. Without oxygen for 5 min my saturation is 36 n I feel difficult to breathe
