My altrasound report says. Both are normal in size and shape Corticol echogenecity is intact Collecting system shows minimal hydronephrosis. And doctor told me that i have injury of both kidneys. Can u please tell me about this report. Allah bless you..

Both kedney are avrang sized with normal positions regular outline parenchymal echo patterns and good differentiation batwen parenchyma and renal sinus a stone of 3 mm is seen it mid calyx of the left kedney. No dilatation of. pelvicalyceal system. Urinary. Bladder is partially dostended with normal wall thickness prostate appears Normal in size and taxture.. No free fluid seen. Concluson left renal tiny stone Rest unremarkable
