I have watched many KZbin cooking videos and I have seen many, many food processors, big and small. But, this is the only video that has my exact same small food processor. I have had it for years and it works wonders. I never have to pull out my 14 quart food processor. This small one works miracles..

Although I can buy pre-made pecan pie crust at local Kroger store, I'd like to make my own. Would like to of seen how this crust holds up after filling(fruit?) was added, then baked, then cut and served on a plate. Hope you do that video some time. I'm wondering if a bit of flour might make it hold together better? I'm a single older guy, and all of my baking attempts are considered "lab experiments". :)

I have been looking for a crust something like this an this is the closes i have found to what am looking for.The crust am looking for had some flour brown sugar an butter plus the pecans an u bake for no more than ten minutes. I just dont know the exact measurement. Either way your recipe is pretty close. Thank h for sharing.
