Been using this technique under your guidance, it completely changed how I can enter and stay in the position! Will be 'balls to ground' in 2022, I promise!

I found that stretching the quadriceps by bending the back knee, also helped me a lot

Of course it helps a lot but it's an entirely different topic!

Thanks.. what does it really mean to feel ok in the position?? That's the tricky part. Should you be fully relaxed? Or maybe 3 out 10 in the pain scale? Also .. is there a smart hack/ solution to the fact that 1 block might be too much of a jump between positions? Once again.. I love your book.. it is awesome 💪

When I say pain scale I mean stretch scale as one should never feel pain while stretching

Thank you so much Eyal! So being ok in the position means staying there heavy on the blocks. You should feel that you're actually applying pressure on them. Then you go down. If one block is too much but you can't fill the gap between you and the next progression consider using something thinner like a pillow or a water bottle! Use your imagination here! Hope it helps! I highly appreciate you like the book! Would you mind if I ask you to leave a review on Amazon? It really means a lot to me! Thank you!
