We learn to head butt from a young age in the UK, as it’s basically a header while playing football(Soccer) The best head butt is basically the same body mechanics as a rear hand cross. Transferring your body weight from the rear foot to the front foot(drop step), while stepping and rotating the hips, and crossing the centre line with your head. Many fights here start and finish with a single head butt.
