LC500 v8 is just a superb car, the most gorgeous yet unique looking vehicle in the ~200k price range especially in yellow paint and beige interior trim, the NA engine is just the most beautiful thing ive ever heard only thing stopping me from making it my dream car is it has no manual option which is to be expected in a medium-high end performance touring car

Honestly 11.3L/100km isn't even that bad. The VZ SV6 released in 2004 got 11.5, and that only made 190kw and was way lighter (and was also praised for being far quicker and more efficient than the previous 3.8L model). Heck, even only some 9 years ago the comparable HSV Gen F Senator (making 340kw) could still only manage 12.9L/100km.

Finally the video been released, I seen your post on the GSF owner FB group asking for "thing you hates/ cons about GSF" One thing i have to add is the air vent on driver is almost useless at blowing air when aim at driver. Yes we USA owner got a poverty specs GSF, no rear sunshades, no rear console control and no power open/close boot. Seeing the Matador Red Mica on the GSF looks really good, I almost forgot that i have the same GSF in sitting in garage lol. Yes the front lower carbon fiber lip does take good beating from motorway usage. Major service is every 60,000 miles (roughly 100k km) and by Toyota major mean (replace spark plugs, differential fluids, air filter/ cabin air filter and whipper blade lol). I also went and drain and fill the transmission fluid as well. My GSF has 70k miles and so far no creak or rattle in the interior, the car does suffer from interior cabon delaminating on the driver side trim piece. The car originally from California owned by Lexus and later move to Texas. Great reviews and cheer mate.

I picked up 10th anniversary model 4 years ago and love it completely. Not one complaint, living in a very hot place, I've experienced none of the problem you stated they may have, even when looking for real problems with this car, some people have to make up stuff like my truck leaks, but only a couple of cars. WTF? So why even say that then? They don't leak, but people do close stuff in the lid sometimes and complain about leaks, I've seen that happen before. This car is so much better at so many things than it's competition it's in a class by its self. The markets switched decades ago to shallow people that "need" but can't buy a nice car so they can rent it for 3-4 years, walk away with nothing but payments paid and more on the way, with no emphases on reliability or maintenance in the car equation, or enjoying that rental ever again. If you want to buy and drive your own car, have that feeling of not being stranded in the middle of now where or constantly repairing a car when you always need it, than you need to have your head examined for I.Q. and ego levels to see if you are an adult, or a kid or a women, figure it out fast because the future will mess you up if you blow money to look cool instead of long term survival. I loved this man analogy, I am tall, thin and ware lose close, feels good, I like it that way, and this is the sleeper of sleeper cars out there. I don't by anything for others to comment on, it's all about what I like. This guy's take on that behavior of car owners or car renters is spot on. Americans are the same, for most, it's more about what co-workers and friends think than having any sense about what the car is for in the first place for a forward thinking owner. #1) A to B every time without exceptions, sounds and feels good to be in, fun to drive. When you park and walk away, you often take a look back like it's a young hot girl, just to get one more smile out of the process, knowing you get to drive it again real soon. Buy this car used, you'll never get rid of it for something better. Maybe different, but not better. Everything else is a trade off of drivability / comfort for speed bump challenges and getting in and out on a double date. No better 4 person car on the road, although the SUV's may nicer for that, they don't set you free to really drive when alone like this cruiser will. It's fast, stops fast and the suspension in the corners can't be better or safer with is computers letting you fishtail just enough to make you smile and laugh with no chance of hitting guard rails or other traffic. It's how high power should be delivered in a luxury sports car. Love it. BTW, I just installed 4 new tires last month and the car feels like it drove out of the show room, smoothly rolling on the HWY, then zipping around lanes and corners effortlessly just like band new. I hope you can find one if you want one. Most don't know what these really are all about so you may stumble upon a great buy, skip the 2016, it didn't have the much improved electronic suspension yet, 2017 on is fine, be patient, lot's of people will be selling assets this year needing money, maybe you can help. Good luck.

I'm a huge Lexus fan... all brands have them. I'm comfortable with "settling" for a GSF over an M5/E63. The 2UR-GSE has plenty of horsepower. I only wish my IS500 and LC500 can from the factory with F suspension and braking option.

And it's only about $8-10k more for the V8 over the V6 car. The GSF was $30k for the V8 over the V6 car, I think the IS 500 is a better bargain.
