Friends, today I'm sharing a recipe for a HEALTHY homemade ham. WITHOUT nitrite salt, which all toddlers love and devour on both cheeks. There is nothing in it except meat, common salt and spices and some cream. The ham for children turns out to be very juicy and tender. The kids will appreciate it. My kids love this sausage. The ham is very tender, no nitrite salt.
Apart from meat and spices, there is nothing else in this ham.
For cooking, you need to buy a thermometer to measure the temperature inside the bread. Make sure to try this ham recipe. Everyone will love this delicious ham. A simple ham recipe anyone can make.

Ingredients:
For 1 kg of 200 g of meat with a leg of chicken
15 g table salt
70 grams of cold cream 30% fat
1 gram of dry garlic
1 g of ground black pepper
1 g allspice
1 g coriander
2 g paprika
