Can dear explain the dough in bowl Put in wok in warm water Is...stove on fire or off fire... Sori not much understand that part in process Thks

The dough is made from 500g of plain flour. First dissolve 5g of dry yeast in 260g of warm water (approx 30degree. Too high temperature will kill the yeast). Add a small teaspoon of salt into the flour n mix well. Pour the yeast water into the flour n form a smooth dough. Leave it aside. The purpose of putting the dough into the wok of warm water is to speed up the dough to double it's original size; only need to do so if the weather at your place is cold. When dough became double of original size, Just make it smooth and make to the shape you prefer, leave it aside for 15 mins for 2nd time grow (put in the wok but don't turn on the fire). 15 mins later can start streaming.
