I did this exactly the same, but now when I am driving at low speed I can hear the new pads grinding when I brake too. Maybe it’s because I drive through a big puddle

Hi @Konzi Woo! Honestly, If you made something wrong during the operation, you would know it very quickly. If you want to be sure that everything is correctly performed, buy a torque wrench, so that you know if you tightened it well. And do not hesitate to ask a friend for help, then it should be OK.
