M1967 H suspenders have snap hooks on back to connect to rings of butt pack or poncho wrap. If you watch sifi, Stargate had vests that have plastic buckles on top to attach packs on back.
@FloridaBoyBushcraftSurvival6 жыл бұрын
Yes they do. They also have an adapter that you can buy if you want to convert later models to the M1967 configuration.

Nice pack modification Matt. I just figured out how to attach round water bottle carriers / cover to my LBE belt so I can carry up to a gallon of water very comfortably and still have my hands free while hiking etc. I also took your advise from a different video about the butt pack and now have one of those with a box inside it on my belt too. What I am REALLY interested about however, is just exactly HOW did you lose all the weight? What did you do because I need to do that too. It would sure make hiking a bit easier if I weighed a little less, know what I mean James Dean? Please advise. Thanks Matt.

Thanks man! I would like to see how you attached the round bottles. I lost some weight doing intermittent fasting, just do a search for it on youtube. Easy breezy and you still eat what you want....

Thanks Matt. I bought two round Woodland Camo Molle II Nalgene cup canteen covers with the six inch, or so, Molle II straps and snap on them. I just placed the belt in the middle of them and pretended I know how to weave with the Molle II strap. It worked REALLY WELL to hold those cup covers onto the pistol belt. My setup is to have a fanny pack or buttpack in the back and have one round canteen cup cover on either side and in front I have the IFAK first aid pouch with the green plastic insert inside of it for rigidity and in front of that I did what you did and cut off the grenade side pouch flaps and I put in those tuna salad with cracker packets you get from Wally World. It's a really good setup and thanks for showing it to all of us out here in hikerville-land. You rock Dude! Been on any hikes lately? Found and gators in the backyards of any of those bank repo's? I hope not! Tag! You're it! Talk to me Matt! Bart

I like the backpack idea but it doesn't seem like that zip tie will hold I've seen too many zip ties give way to not much weight
@FloridaBoyBushcraftSurvival6 жыл бұрын
Totally. You could easily do the same thing with some paracord....
@mrwes1005 жыл бұрын
FloridaBoy Survival could you get a D ring in there?
@FloridaBoyBushcraftSurvival5 жыл бұрын
@@mrwes100 It would have to be a pretty small guage D ring, but it would probably hold better than the zip tie...
