"Neurons are nouns, and the Glial Cells are the verbs, the adjectives...the modifiers...", doc!!!!! This is amazing! Doc, you're a marvel, and an immense blessing to me. Since I met you here roughly two years ago, all I've studied in Mind from Scientology to New Age and Mysticism just clicked into place. You gave a scientific basis to my understanding of these learnings. Thanks, doc, keep igniting us, keep being you...You know every evening when I sit to meditate before sleep, I subconsciously find my legs crossing! And I've always had to "untangle them to let them stay straight...wow! Now I knowwww why. I'm so adding this brain gym and the concept of hemi-sync into my repertoire of exercises and solution processing. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you, Dr. Bruce Lipton!

What he's not mentioning is our dopaminergic society that keeps us from obtaining balance between the brains hemispheres. In fact, the more focused we are to complete a task, or pursue a goal, the more you are going to use only one side of your brain. To remain calm and stay engaged in this super learning mode is not possible while out in today's society. That's why stress adds up, people are less happy, and are more goal driven than ever. We can't hope to change ourselves if society is going in the opposite direction.

Thank you for explaining how stress works in your other videos. I used to always get sick and I never understood why 🤔 but now I understand it was becauseI was always stressed and stressed was shutting my immune system down. I am now changing my way of thinking by what using one of your methods u had mentioned in one of your other videos. " You said get a tape recorder and record a mantra of how or what I want in life and replay it over and over again so my subconscious can understand it and rememberit . This is so very interesting. You know, my little son plays the viola and every time he has his lessons, he stands there with his legs crossing over! His teacher scolds him every time and tells him to stand with both feet next to each other. Now I understand that Constantin does exactly what is the best way to learn how to play his instrument: he is using both sides of his brain. A holistic approach to musical aquisition - some day we will understand it all and live to our full potentials.....

The reason why our brain prefers to use the same neural pathways is because it is programmed to be efficient - just like the rest of our body. Same Pathways =Less effort = less energy use = more efficiency. This isn't necessarily a fallacy as habits can be good or bad. Smoking/drinking = bad, going to the gym = good. Our entire body is this amazing fully tuned instrument that adjusts itself constantly to archive efficiency. Less energy use means the organism has a higher chance of survival. With that said I agree with Dr. Lipton - super-learning does require both hemispheres to be engaged but this also requires lots of energy which we are naturally designed to avoid (hence reusing existing neural pathways instead of creating new ones).

Physical exercise is good for you right? So why do people need motivation to do it. Our natural state is to slob on the sofa. We have to force ourselves to the gym or go for a run because we want to look good/feel good. But if we could take a pill that had the same effect then gyms would close. The point i'm making is that the body/mind always wants to take the path of least resistance. Regardless of weather it is healthy or not. But we force ourselves to the gym which is a good thing. So forcing new pathways in the brain can only be beneficial too.

There is a small problem for people who don't have a dominant hemisphere (like me). It's very difficult to take decisions and it takes a long time for the two hemispheres to "negotiate". A good example would be shopping - it's difficult to select even most basic items. As a result most of the time I feel like I had to compromise.

+Evgeni Belchev Isn't that utterly annoying? It's such a waste of time! I have the same situatiion, I can't decide myself for this or that, even in tiny, stupid things. If I have to buy a gift for my 4 year-old niece, I can't decide if a book is better than a game or than something to dress; then when I finally decide, after eons of weghing and evaluating the possibilities, I can't decide if it's best a fairy tale book, an educational book, an illustrated book, etc, or an educational game or a doll or whatever; or if it's better a t-shirt or a skirt or a pant or a sweater or... AND THEN I have to decide the colour... And that it's just one out of a lot of situations when this happens... is that some kind of neurosis too?
@evgenibelchev4544

+Pier Bianco Hi, no that's the way we are built. It's like the same problem and I have a niece too :). But look at the bright side - we can think both small scale and big scale. This is great if you are managing a small group of people. So yeah, it's inconvenient in day to day life, but it's a great thing to have if you're making your living in a corporation. In fact my mom had to have the same brain tests and they told her "this is the thing most people only wish they can have". I guess you can replace the waste of time with money :)
@gliuto
@gliuto 9 жыл бұрын
+Evgeni Belchev oh no, you can't ever replace time with money. Money you can earn it again if you lose it, but time... it's gone forever. So the fact of replacing time with something else is just an illusion, and I'm trying to keep that in mind all the time. As for the other things you say, small and big scale, yes that's an advantage I guess, but then again, I'd like to be more efficient in taking decisions so I wouldn't waste such amounts of precious, unrecoverable time. I'm trying to change that pattern; everytime I have to buy something and I realise that it's taking too long I say to myself "hey! wake up! focus and decide at once!" and sometimes it works, giving me a nice, liberating sensation too.

+Pier Bianco There is a movie I would recommend to you - it's called "In Time". The fact is we waste most of our time in work. If we can have the money to live without working we can save like 10 hours a day :). Of course this might not be an issue to you if you are rich :)

in a world that seems to use less than 10%,it is good to know we have access to this new horizon . i am going to break habits and try new things daily...its called living my life . we have listened to teachers, parents, friends , and ourselves. through all this listening, we have lost something. ask yourself "do i know everything about everything or even do i know everything about anything?" of course we don't know it all. so why listen to other finite people who themselves have little more understanding than we do. what Dr Bruce says does make sense. so go out and experience new things that stimulate your mind and make yourself happy and content and love people , love experiences, love the good and the bad . you will only be rewarded .

The brain is merely an information processor. Who is to say thinking with the brain is the best way to be alive? I think with all of my cells. Multidimensional Communication #Intention, #Belief, #Attraction, #Will, #Present, #Experience, #Metaphor, #Positive, #Potential, #Creator, #Matrix, #Love This brief will discuss the various dimensions of consciousness and how they manifest our reality on multiple levels. Complex spiritual beings will have their awareness in all dimensions simultaneously so they are extracting the most information from space-time to create and evolve their eternal soul with. 0th Dimension (Soul) We are a copy of the whole universe inside our own singularity. It is from the soul dimension all life is manifest. There is no differentiation between source and receiver of thought. Thought does not define or label things. We observe all thoughts exchanged with another as if we were in communication with ourselves; and we do this not only from our own perspective, but for whomever else is witness. We listen to ourselves speaking to ourselves for all of our words are messages from God to ourselves. When one judges something one perceives as external that is one’s own mind judging one’s own ego. The soul dimension may also be referred to as the nonlocal Mind. How we perceive this thought varies upon what our INTENTION is to hear. 1st Dimension (Heart) The heart dimension could also be referred to as the holographic dimension. By framing consciousness we create the illusion of matter, of substance, and of a body. We call this body love. All thought is a reflection of ourselves and how we perceive the information. Here thought is direct current from the equilibrium of duality originating from the unified field of the heart. BELIEF shapes the information being received from source. 2nd Dimension (Mind) Consciousness is then received by the oscillating brain and is vibrated between positive and negative polarity. Thought can now be defined, labeled, and compared to other thought objects to be entered or deleted as they are objects of desire or fear. Whatever thought objects are held in the mind are created, whether they are desirable or not: Thought creates through the law of ATTRACTION. 3rd Dimension (Ego) Out of thought objects the brain begins to identify with desirable object more and feared objects less and an illusion of self is fabricated. Thought is able to move through space and begins to see itself as separate from the whole depending on the frequency and vibration of the energy the ego is manifesting. It is in this dimension that energy is exchanged in the form of numbers and thought is simplest: 0 or 1 or direct orders. It is through our force of WILL that we manifest opposing thoughts, creating conflict. 4th Dimension (Time) This dimension is the story or narrative dimension. The egoic mind, in an attempt to escape duality, creates the concept of time moving forward. As thought travels through time we develop the ability to exchange energy through counting systems--calendars and currency--as we evolve information. Time is cyclical and illusory. History repeats because thought remains locked into the past. The past and future only exist in the PRESENT, where thought is best focused in order to manifest plans. 5th Dimension (Simulation) Outside the continuum of time thought can be seen for what it truly is-a simulation of learning where the lessons are infinite. Another form of duality forms in this dimension of consciousness: The simulation is teaching lessons, but who is the programmer of this simulation? Without conscious intent, the lessons being taught merely keep one in a perpetual state of karmic cycles of reincarnation; locked into learning the same and opposite lessons in a state of life EXPERIENCE accumulation. Knowledge and ignorance go hand and hand into infinity. 6th Dimension (Fractal) Time is a wheel that extends into both positive and negative into infinity from zero. It is from this paradigm of the subconscious that one explores the infinite without actually diving into the abyss. Understanding of one system can be used to understand any other system; thought coming from one dimension can be used laterally to comprehend thought in another dimension. All thought is METAPHOR. 7th Dimension (Heaven) Finally able to escape duality, all thought here is spun into its most positive duality. Even the most entropic thought coming into a being in this state of awareness is flipped to the centropic side. For many this is the peak of consciousness, the ultimate reality to be obtained, enjoyed for eternity, and manifested exclusively over other dimensions of thought. Beings in this state may seem delusional to many in lower state of consciousness, especially on finite planetary systems where entropy is being produced by the majority of the populations. Ignorance is bliss: These people ignore the negative, pulsate out from equilibrium, and are POSITIVE. 8th Dimension (Abyss) Many in heaven slave to keep the Abyss at bay fearing the chaos; hierarchies of order manifest disorder in the process. Fear is the only madness. Here all thought that can happen is happening simultaneously. There are infinite dimensions and potentialities to explore within the abyss. All “new” information is drawn from the abyss where infinite manifestations of God exist in the vast and infinite dimensional cosmos. We are infinite POTENTIAL. 9th Dimension (Creation) On the other side of the abyss we come across the final duality between our purpose and the vast meaningless of infinite potentialities. On the other side of the fractal creation we find God, ourselves. We are forever being drawn towards our future self. We are the CREATOR of our reality. 10th Dimension (Consciousness) This dimension is where heart and soul coalesce and form the MATRIX. We are the hologram. We are everything. The dirt we walk upon our body, the sun in the sky our heart, the wind our breath, the rivers our veins, the oil our blood, and all life our soul. The stars are neurons in the brains keeping the masses revolving around them. We are the universe, eternal, consciousness pouring forth from singularities at the center of every atom. 11th Dimension (Void) This dimension is where you shut out your soul and only manifest heart. This is how you turn off consciousness for a time to relax, regain strength, and hear no thought. Just love reflecting LOVE. After all, love is all there is when you are right with God. In Summa Intention (0) is where it starts (The Plan). Prayer is every single thought you have conscious, internal, or external, so be careful who you associate with (they are co-creating your life with you). Belief (1) is the next channel; your beliefs (most you are unaware of programmed by age seven) will screw with even the best of intentions, which may be contradictory. The next channel thought travels through is the dualistic body/mind complex (the brain being positive and the gut being negative)(2). Here desires and fears will manifest whatever your intention: Whatever thought objects you hold in your mind will manifest. Then you have to use your will (3) to execute manifestations through The Other (the external) and stay focused on the present (4) so apriori stresses and anxieties over the future don't interfere. And pay attention, because the universe is trying to teach you how to manifest your heart desires, but will just keep repeating lessons (5) if you keep trying to manifest what you think you want instead of realizing who you are. Every thought is merely metaphor (6), so make sure what you're thinking isn't being processed infinite other ways or you'll pass right by nirvana (7) and find yourself lost in the Abyss (∞). But you might find your way out on the other side and see you are the Creator (9), life is a dream, and everybody in your external perception is your imagination. Then you are conscious (10) and can manifest your highest actualized self and speak and listen from your heart all the time (11).

+Pixel Puppy This is what meditation is. It is taking some time each day to sit down and allow the unconscious thinking patterns to unwind. Our minds are constantly buzzing with an internal dialogue that keeps us wanting this and not wanting that, being unfulfilled and mildly or extremely discontent. When we sit, we can focus on a wholesome natural object like the breath and just watch it. When we hold the mind lovingly on a wholesome object, we can then notice how often the mind likes to move away and be distracted, being anywhere but content, here in the present moment. This helps us develop mindfulness of what our minds are actually doing all day long when we once were oblivious to it so that we can have some compassion for ourselves and see that we are suffering and that this practice can help assuage some of that suffering. Then, over time, we begin to realize that others too have minds and they also suffer so this allows us to spread our circle of compassion to all beings.

Roger Hornaday :) you can think what you like about me. But i live by love. Pushing someone may be considered mean to do but if someone is about to get hit by a car and you push them out of the way so they dont get hit it is an act of love? Warning someone of something was in no intentions me meaning to bully someone but rather my intention were to warn people of something that i personally believe in, and im not forcing them to believe it :) its their choice. Jesus died for all sinners, and i was once deceived by many things too (not saying that im perfect, im still growing in faith and understanding to this day). So genuinely, have a nice day, Jesus really REALLY does love you :)

Brain gym is amazing! Paul Dennison created it in the 1960’s a LONG time before anything like Psych-K, or EFT or similar modalities. Under the umbrella of Educational Kinesiology, it is used to not only ‘switch on’ the whole 100% brain but has a superb 5-step process to rewire old beliefs/change the subconscious wiring which takes just a few minutes! I have been teaching and practicing this modality for over 20 years and it has changed my life totally as well as many people who I have worked with. It’s fun, dynamic and simply profound and is not mentioned or referenced enough as being the forerunner, the foundation of so many other modalities that came later.

After being stoned for 7 years in a row which has been an utter mind-boggling experience with occasional wandering in unchartered waters and now having said that an 11 years later without a substance abuse I can fully assure that there is a possibility to discover unseen depth of our mind, however, any alteration implies a degree of danger. Some may be stuck and others may come back but those who return and able to resume what perceived as normal will never be the same. So, how much of your brain you are actually able to you use it may depend on one's ability and somewhat bravery to bend mind's boundaries. Many years ago and upon a few pure joints once I had a chat with a full-fledged psychologist who found herself dumbfounded and grasping by the depth of our conversations. Proof that mind may indeed be bent and to define how much of it we are able to utilize may actually depend on several factors.

If we're able to use 100% I think it only happens when we are deeply concentrated in the flow state or as one might say, in 'the zone'. For instance a musician or a mathematician deeply concentrated in one's work is able to perform better than they normally would once they get in the flow. Or is a flow state also a myth? Surely not, I myself have experienced it on multiple occasions.

we are only using 10% of our brain potential. Yes, we are using 100% of our brain, but only reaching 10% of its potential. Like a ball gains potential energy when you lift it upl in the air. Dropping the ball and then hitting the floor, the ball realizes 100% of its potential energy. We are like that ball, having the potential to reach 100% useful energy. Yet that potential is never realized because we stop ourselves short by over eating (a ton of damage done to body), over sex-ing, and living in fearful states of mind. These are like trying to accelerate the car, while stomping on the brakes. We do have much more potential. Infinite potential actually ;) Will never really be realized because infinity will never be finished. But we have to at least stop putting the brakes on our evolution and usefulness.

explain the split brain theory then. your brain is constantly using both hemispheres. it is part of being bilateral beings (meaning two mirroring side). Yes they work together but they do not have to communicate on the level at witch most humans do. So we basically have 2 separate brains that work as a whole. Computers work in a very similar way. the CPU handles totally different workloads than the GPU. our brain works in this very similar way, one side handling a task and the other side working on the other and the levels of consciousness would be the operating system(windows in the example of computers). So you do not have to do silly things like this and listen to weird music to become smarter. You just have to think, exercise, sleep, and eat. People are constantly looking for ways to bypass these vital variables and that is probably why you feel dumb, not because you do not cross your legs at night. If you unplug the power to your computer, it stops working. If you take away one of the things i mentioned above you are basically unplugging your invisible power cord. Stop going out every night and skipping breakfast in the morning and never thinking critically during your normal task and you will amaze yourself with your cognitive abilities.
