Your grandfather was a crafty man, most older people were. Quite the splitter and some Dandy wood in that pile. Never had Halibut my son how long u living here lol. It's a delicious fish for shur fried up in seasoned flour and mashed potatoes with mustard pickles. Another great video. Take care.

Boys thats nice firewood. Its good to have variety in the wood pile. Thats a nice addition to your stove. I've never had halibut. A guy gave me some halibut one time. I gave it to my dad. Must been good cause he didn't invite me over for supper. Lol.

That's a great wood splitter and you will be able to keep it going for years, I threw out a snow blower motor like that last year that worked perfect , or I put it out during clean up and before it was collected someone got it, the next one I'm going to hold on to lol. Great day spent with your dad splitting wood. Some nice logs there and the splitter made it a lot easier than an axe or manual splitter that's for sure.

That Halibut had me drooling 🤤 I have the larger version of the Kelly Hobo Stove. I got it for Christmas but haven’t used it yet. I can’t wait to try it out. I think you’ve inspired me 😂 I don’t have a Kelly kettle because I really don’t see a need for it. We’re all entitled to our opinions so I’ll say no more about it lol.

Good video. The hold wood splitter does the job perfect. How come you need to buy woods? I saw you cutting woods all winter. Also, I worked in the woods in Quebec for years and we were using these hook. They are awesome tools.
