Hello Paul! Thank you, I really enjoy watching your videos, being a LSS trainer and practitioner myself. With that said, I can't help but mention that most of your advice, although clearly being based in practice and experience, feels generalized and kind of vague to my taste. Dont get me wrong, a genuine "use common sense, ask questions, analyze" advice here and there is always welcome, but I always felt like there was something missing - and now I know what. This video and the previous one are exactly the LSS content I appreciate the most - specific, practical, to the point, ready to be applied, no "make right decisions - get right results" mantras. This is good stuff. Thank you for your work, keep it up!
