Using a freshwater lure in SALTWATER!

If you are going to fish topwater in the salt you need to wait until summer or fall when the water temperatures are warm in the bay and then focus not on open water but fishing inside the docks and marinas. You will actually catch something. The corvina, mackerel, Bonita and even very rarely can you stick a bass or a halibut on topwater. Just throwing topwater in open water in the bay during winter youre just wasting your time. Try when the time is right.
