That happens, this is when your paper trail kicks in emails, text messages. If there are any verbal conversations follow up with an email in regards to what was said…

Hi Vince! Thanks for another awesome video! I agree with the user who posted that the world needs more attorneys like you. You are helping to make a very complex system more easy to grasp and are subsequently empowering people. I'm currently a pro-se plaintiff who is working on a pre-joint memorandum for a case against a Union and I'm thinking about witnesses. I won probable cause on all 3 counts against the Union based on my documentation, which I feel very confident about. As my case stems from being retaliated against by an Employer for filing a case against a Union president who colluded with Administrators, I am extremely reluctant to call witnesses because I don't want to put my former colleagues at risk of being retaliated against by the Employer for their testimony. How necessary is witness testimony, and are cases ever successful without it? As I review my documentation, what do you recommend I consider when making judgments about whether a witness is absolutely necessary or not? Edit: My username is my actual name. If you do a video on when a witness is necessary, can you please use a pseudonym?

@@annielin2894 Thank you. I proceeded pro se, took it all the way to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit, here in Illinois, and won by unanimous decision of the 3 appeals judges. Then, I wrote a book and put the names of all of those who discriminated against me, in the book.
