Using a Salt Block to Cook

My Friend let me use his Himalayan Salt Block to test it out. This was the first time I've ever used one and I decided to cook a whole meal and cook the chicken using the block. Sorry about the sound, my wireless microphone decided not to work properly.

I love making pasta! Also, canned foods are perfect for year round "fresh" ingredients from the garden. I'm not the best at it, would love to learn more. I made saurkraut the other week and this week I'm making delicious fermented dill pickles.

I love fermented pickles. I hope they turn out great for you. Ever since we got the machine, I haven't purchased any pasta, it's so easy.

@@villakinworthy7807 I will have to try a pasta extruder sometime! I just form them by hand. Tedious, but delicious!
