Undoubtedly one of the most efficient…your shrimp stocking density depends on your aeration support.

You cannot do biofloc just with airlift pumps, floc wont stay in suspended state in high density fish farming when floc is in high quantity, it will deposit at floor and system will loose balance as sludge increases no matter how many airlifts you are using to rotate the water, you need heavy aeration from bottom to keep floc suspended at all times.

Please perform it practically before you jump into conclusions like this…we have been doing this since 2018 and it works perfectly fine for us along with many others…regarding sludge control we have a separate video on it…feel free to check out our other videos to have a clear idea how we perform our biofloc culture….Thank you

Simple requirement...any structure that can hold water at least 1meter deep and it can be of any shape but we prefer circular tanks for several benefits...you can make a cement tank, tarpaulin tank, or use geomembrane pond liners.

In my opinion, the cost for setting up a RAS project is comparatively very high, and also we can reduce a good number of expenses during production in biofloc technology due to the low FCR required compared to RAS....Thank you

It depends on what spicies you want to cultivate, In biofloc you cannot do all types of fishes, only when you are doing "filter feeders" fishes they give you advantage in biofloc as they consume floc and reduce FCR, for all other type of fishes RAS is always better.
