I'm glad you mentioned the green screen effect that these iPhone 12s have, it's one of the reasons I sold my regular 12 back in 2022. I am using now a 14 Pro and it's honestly the most refined phone I've ever used. Hope to keep it for a while now.

I sold my 15 pro just to purchased a used 12 mini. I really enjoy it. It helped me to use my iPad mini 6 more often than not. I still own a 2016 SE.

I just recently bought a 12 mini (around a week ago), changed from an old Samsung Note 9 i had for about 4 years, i spent 180 bucks with a 20W chargher, new battery and display (it was a 2nd hand one) and im incredibly impressed by it, first of all it charghes extremely fast (under 1 hour for 10%-100%, the display is brighter and more responsive, overall a very good phone

Got an iPhone 13 and hated the sharp edges. I took it back and went back to my 11 Pro Max. FINALLY, I was able to upgrade to the 15 Plus after Apple softened the harsh edges. Now, I'm loving this 15 ❤

I got the iPhone 14 through Verizon yesterday and it is the most compact phone I have ever used because I switched from a 6.5 inch screen to a 6.1 inch screen and it’s such a huge difference I feel like I am using an iPhone mini

A few contributions. The battery life is the only thing that sucks, but carrying around a charger or an external battery solves this quite well. The fact that its a small battery also means that it charges very quickly so with 10min of charging you can get a decent charge. Shop around for original apple silicone cases. There are a few color and color combinations that work incredibly well. I have a dark blue iPhone and rock it with a clear blue case or a soft orange case. I get compliments on it all the time. People find themselves picking up my phone and playing around with it naturally. The bad thing about the silicone cases is that they age very quickly but its worth it for me. If you shop around you can get them for 10 usd. I have stocked up on them. This phone for me is hands down the most comfortable and good looking phone. iPhones were meant for one handed use. Every other phone that you try to one hand manage it will give you cramps in your thumb.

The display thing on 5:03 is due to this night shift mode, this is for really extreme low light like night times and darker rooms with zero light that reduces the blue light and strain on your eyes

Mine got delivered yesterday, i might need to replace the battery sometime but it is a nice leap forward from an 11. Faster charging, Magsafe, 5G, i totally love the smaller size. I also paid 235€. But i didn't buy it to use it less because of its size, i bought it to get it easier in and out of my pocket. i just HATE those 6,7" Android BRICKS. There is NO SMALL PHONE available AT ALL.

Been using an SE2 for the past 2.5 years and recently purchased a 12 Mini in white 128GB refurb in excellent cond. I like smaller phones. :) Phone literally looks new and operates perfectly. Love the size and flat sides, good solid feel, fast, really good cameras and features the SE2 doesn't have. I miss the home button and better speakers of the SE2. But other than that, even though the 12 Mini is slightly smaller than the SE2, the screen is larger at 5.4" with better clarity. I'm not a power user, just calls, texts, photography, KZbin, Google searches, etc, and not having any issues with battery life each day. But I have a question for other 12 Mini owners/users. The power button on mine feels solid and precise and works as it should but has a noticeably audible click when pressing, which non of my other phones have (6 total). It's not a loud click and not a haptics click, just a mechanical button click sound that's noticeably louder than any of my other phones. Has anyone else noticed this? Is this normal for the 12 Mini?

I had an iPhone 6s that accidentally got flushed down a toilet … that phone was my back up phone so to speak I used it to take some of the daily usage off my other phone to try and slow down battery degradation … anyway the iPhone 6s was very slow and the battery would die in 30 minutes of continuous use… I ended up replacing it with the iPhone 12 min and I was much happier not having to deal with extremely slow load times and constant charging as well as the screen just being to small for content the phone was a perfect size of only the screen was edge to edge like the 12 mini

I’ve had my iPhone 12 mini in purple for a year now; I love it. I upgraded from an iPhone 6s Plus. Same screen size baisically, just smaller size phone. I can use it with one thumb easily. I’m going to get an iPhone 13 mini at some point as I like the pink colour and I need more storage than 64gb. After that I will use the iPhone 13 mini forever. I still use my iPhone 4s for music when in the gym and for all the old apps back in the 2010s. Sent from my iPhone 12 mini.

I have been using it since last 8 months and my experience has been incredible up to a lot of extent. I have two problems first it's battery is mediocre and the notch just looks a lot big on this small screen. It heats up a lot while gaming but I really don't have a problem because I am not a gamer but for regular day to day use the A14 bionic chip still feels like a modern chip which is reliable and fast.

I got this phone so that I use my phone a little less and so far given that it's properly used so not prettiest and plus the battery life being mid, this phone is helping me decrease screen time a lot!! Plus much cheaper got mines for 210 usd, saved up and bought a e-reader with the rest cash.

You would be able to, but once your phone stops receiving security patches it will be at much greater risk

I have an Iphone 8 today. I have had it for 2.5 years. Considering upgrading to 12 mini. For me it will be a big improvment in overall perfomance. For me the camera in important because I take a lot of photos on the golf course and video recording my swing. Iphone misses the wide angle lense that the Iphone 12 mini has.

I used to play quite a bit of golf when I was younger and you have a great swing, sorry I had to look. At first seeing 165 ball speed I was wondering why the ball was only going 270, especially with that spin rate. Then I realized it was in meters.... LOL. The ultra wide angle lens is nice, it looks fantastic when there is ample lighting, but in a simulator it will probably look slightly worse than the rear lens on the 8. But the main lens on the 12 mini will look better than that. If you have a few more bucks to spend the 13 pro's have fantastic cameras, but they are almost twice the price

Before the Iphone 8 I had Iphone 6S for 3 years. I'm usualy change phone every 2.5-3 years. Because I don't need the latest and greatest for my needs.

I feel like if you want a good cheap option, 11 mini. If you want better features, 13 mini. 12 is this weird middle ground where it costs more than 11 but has marginal improvements (slightly better processor and cameras) and even a downgrade (battery life). 13 has bigger camera sensors, better camera functionalities, bigger battery, and better processor.

@@LeoNaylor-es7ze I got mine directly from the Apple website refurbished store I’ve had no issues with it I did have a large pro max I just couldn’t deal with it all the phones are to much to carry round I recommend it to many unless theirs a Samsung flip that’s great with no crease I’ll switch gladly I want something easy to carry around not a brick

@@wwg3105 mine will usually need a charge once or twice, here is my first part of my use daily (5am to 1pm I need to charge usually around 1p) side note, it’s my preference to start charging around 35% once I see that number, but depending on how much video or gaming I play I’ve yet to see any significant difference in the battery from my pro max to the mini they all have always needed a few extra charges during the day to one charge depending again of course on what one is doing on the device. I highly recommend this phone.

Upgraded from an SE 3 to this. I know the SE 3 is newer but it only had 64 gigs of storage.........I went with a Mini that has 256 gig.. Add in Magsafe and a nicer screen and I'd call it an upgrade.

ur iphone 12 might not be using an orignal screen those screens are GX Screen they die terribly thats why they get green on low bright

Great video! I watched it in the morning but couldnt comment cuz i was stressed out bcuz of some legal stuff i had to deal with today. About screentime, i was thinking, since i switched to samsung at the end of 2023 and didnt sell the iPhone, to switch between iPhone and Samsung for 1 week at a time a couple of times to see which i spend less time on and which i actually like more. It is so weird how i always miss the other when i switch... If i keep the iPhone i ll give the samsung to my mom, if i keep the samsung, not sure what i ll do with the iphone since these 2 last months i kept it to manage my apple watch but i ll probably figure something out. Also, i ended up on 50 sit ups and squats, 20 push ups and 10 pull ups, its enough for me not to get sore

That is awesome! What I do when working out is try to increase whatever I am doing by just a little bit each week. So next week try 51 sit-ups, 21 pushups, and 11 pull-ups. Slowly increase from there!
