Yep, those DHL boxes are always a bit tricky to open up ^^'. Little trick for pronouncing 'Niedersachsen', -ie- is pronounced like 'tea', a's are pronounced like you would pronounce 'are' or the British 'tomato' and I know our ch's are always a bit tricky for anyone speaking English as their native tongue, but in this case it's more or less pronounced like the x in Saxon (so like k+s) ^^' There's some pretty nice colours in those Sostrene Grene ones and I actually used mine with my other alcohol markers, the dark orangey that looks more like a deep red on paper is among my favourites. The Pitt Artist ones are pretty awesome, you can get these as brush pens and 4 or 5 different sizes of fineliners in sepia, sanguine, black, white and some metallic colours, they don't cost as much as Copics and (for me) were always easier to come by than microns. I used them all through my studies and run through a lot of them ^^ They also got a range of india ink felt tip pens :)

I wouldn’t say to limit what people can send because people send what they can. But what I would say that at the last video of the group the subscriber box videos donate all the art supplies to art schools in the area in need of them. Not sure how Canada works but there is always a poorer community in need that could use lightly used art supplies. Just letting subscribers know that the supplies will be donated to communities in need.

On the "gift grabby" topic, just keep in mind that you're sending a piece of original art back, and as much as it might be weird to admit, that has a lot of value (especially to your fans!). I totally understand wanting to put restrictions on, but I don't think anyone feels bad about what you receive. I think if anything, people are honored that you're using the supplies they curated for you! 😀 just my thoughts. The artwork turned out wonderful! Can't wait to get my hands on a print!

Ok, first off: your kittehs are adorable. I love how Kiki is all over the packaging, such a kitty thing to do, lol. Also, the Cosma nomnoms are the best! My kittehs love them! Though I've only bought the chicken, tuna and beef trio, because tuna is Cookie's favourite meat and chicken is Léo's favourite meat. I'm sure your furbabies will love the treats! The final piece is really pretty and I really really love the rose you painted with those acrylic/oil paints!

The moment I heard Baylee trying to say the name I knew where they came from. I have those alcohol markers myself and those metallic ones. It’s from a shop called Søstrene Grene. It’s located in Germany, France and Sweden. They have lots of art supplies and just decorations for your home. Not all their art supplies are the most professional, highest quality, but their still pretty good in my opinion. They have many canvases in different sizes and shapes and they have cheap brushes. They also have containers where you can store your paint and they have paint pallets. They have coloured pencils, watercolour paper, stationery. If you have a store nearby and you like painting, I really suggest you go pick up a few paintbrushes if you need some. Greetings from Sweden 🇸🇪

Hey Baylee, I love this video series, it’s really interesting. I have two ideas for the next part that I wanted to throw out to you. For the first idea, what if you have the art materials sent to you be the person’s favorite tools and mediums that they use regularly. Not like them sending you their own stash, but just materials they love are are very familiar with so they can see you make something with their favorite stuff. The second idea, so that they aren’t buying brand new stuff, and you don’t feel awkward that they may have spent a lot of money, is for them to send you materials that they already have but don’t really use. We all know that most people/artists buy stuff or receive stuff to try out and then just never use it again for various reasons. So why not pass those items on to you and let you make something them and then you pass along the materials you don’t use to someone else. Again, I really like this series, and I’m looking forward to seeing it continue. Thank you for doing these videos.

I was talking to someone who ships way more packages then you do and they said that their March’s international packages are still stuck in the US, this company is located in the US and this was said only a few days ago, about packages with tracking numbers. I’m not sure if it’s due to current countries being closed to international packages or is due to customs is a lot slower then usual. If it is customs that is causing problems, then none of your international shipments will reach the recipients of that package, a lot longer then usual.
