Iight try some hardcore deadly candy for bait sweet but it's hard enough for a crab to closed it with his claws but wants the crab gets hold of the astro pops sucker it will be hard for the crab to let go I'll probly give the crab cavities if you rember the astro pops suckers that you suck on one my friend had one at bite it with his two molers on it he pull it but it went gone wrong he did pulled it but it also pulled his teeth 🦷 out candy is sweet to eat but deadly to pull your own teeth so I'm thinking to use astro pops hard suckers to catch crabs on it ?

I usually only eat those tender bites 😂 glad to see it works. I just have one technical question when you put ur rod in the holders how much do you set ur drag at. I feel like you want it sorta tight so they get hooked but at the same time you want it loose so they don't feel it lol what do I do 😂

I always fished in the river mouths going into the ocean and did the best when the tide was at its highest and the ocean fish could swim up the river a little ways. The salmon also moved upriver then.

Ordered some Clammy and Shrimpy bits yesterday, im really hoping I can use it this May and get something to show for it! I wish you would partner with certain bait shops to sell your custom baits and rigs at their shops. I think it'd be a good way to sell to more people local to that bait shop and learn more about your product and also making it easier to purchase for fans/subscribers around the states. Think it may also help if you added a map/list of stores your partnered with so that way people can find the closest shop with your products if they go fishing on a quick notice!

@Hey Skipper I usually go to Oceans East Bait and Tackle at Nags Head when I go outer bank fishing, and C&B Sports Outdoors (Lake Wateree) when I go down in South Carolina for Stripers. Usually when I have to, I purchase the frozen bait at piers on quick notice.

Like your vids...however, my personal preference is single hook bait rigs, just 'cause I don't want a bare, sharp hook flailing around while I'm trying to unhook a feisty critter. Tight lines, and keep the vids coming!

Your slip sinker rig is commonly called a Carolina rig in freshwater. Santee rig is almost the same with a rattle/float about 4-6" in front of the bait. Just enough to keep the bait slightly off the bottom. Zara Spook bass lure is commonly used. Take the hooks off and slide it on the line using the split rings. Top & Bottom stoppers needed. This? Would be worth a saltwater experiment.

I've taken jerky many times with me fishing(as a snack) but never had it once crossed my mind to use it when I ran out of bait , I'm sure I ate that jerky way to soon though . I find that any meat cooked does better than raw . I used to grill chicken gizzards and rarely livers and had great success , one gizzard would stay on the hook most of the fishing session . Maybe that could be a video for you , cooked vs uncooked vs smoked/grilled .

Fish will really eat almost any kind of meat. I've been fishing since I could walk and used everything from worms to fish eyes, to bits of apple, raw chicken, pork, pork fat, bread, marshmallows, cheese, bacon, crickets, grasshoppers, horseflies, leeches, dough balls, pork rind, maggots, shrimp, snails, clam meat, hot dog, frogs, ham, squid, ...and etc. Try and scope out the water you're fishing first and use what is most natural and abundant to the native area fish.
