I miss your videos, not just for the art but they are so calming and only noise if you were painting next to me while we work in silence. i got a $10 sketchbook from Target that is doing really well for all the mediums I use from ink to gouache. very impressed haha

I use a $5 sketchbook from the dollar store and it’s what you would expect. It’s not the best. Graphite smudges really easily, very thing and is not good with any paints, but it works in terms of helping me loosen up with my art. Not the best, but it works. I have 200 pages of it left lol. Got it a month ago and only did a few pages cause ive been too busy

It's an hp deskjet, I bought it because it's super cheap and I needed a printer just for documents. But HP as a company is really annoying :/

Its totally fine and normal to use references, imo. But for me there is a difference between looking something up because you dont know how to draw it, or copying the whole reference photo as is.

Some artists have problems painting or drawing while being watched or recorded. Maybe it's the same for klodwig? I know I have that problem so I usually only record when I already am half way in my drawing or sketch.😅
