....Australia follows US markets, not leads them. Aus Govt had 12-15 months warning to dcide what to do once our markets were about to fall over. They backed the land market and allowed stocks to crater. Chinas stimulus measures affected commoditiy countries like Australia to the upside. Every cycle is different...but remember that Austrlaia follows, it doesnt lead...
