@@Alistair I've played with it myself before that Jez stream so I got to feel it for myself before hearing other opinions of it. Basically hopped on right after the update went live and grabbed it. It IS pretty damn consistent which Imo makes up for the slightly shorter range compared to mindbender's. Even at worst of times it's basically on par with it I feel. I was even genuinely shocked during Jez's stream both by Jez and the chat on how negative they were about the gun. Is it broken? No, but that's not a bad thing. It's a great gun overall. I think Jez just set himself up with negative expectations, plus also sorta tried firing from ridiculous ranges.

I think they wanted to make it super accessible after the Seraph Tower fiasco. Almost nobody likes Seraph Towers and forcing people to grind for weeks to get the best non exotic shotgun in the game only for solo players to get hit with an insanely difficult quest step requiring a fireteam after all the work they put in only to be met with an almost impossible obstacle would be met with insane outrage after the already insane outrage from seraph towers.

Fun fact: Due to Shot Paxkage working the way it does, its accuracy is not hindered while in midair, making it so that accuracy boosting perks are not necessary, which includes Icarus Grip. You can swap Icarus out for Backup Mag and still have the same effectiveness if not more due to the extra shot.

The community part was like 9000 seraph tower event completions, then each individual has to get 1000 kills pve or 100 kills pvp with shot guns. Then do the rasputin mission which was bugged until the 21st. That was it no big bad boss or anything. So now that the community step is done anyone who has not completed the quest and can still do it just needs to do the pve step and the mission which is functional now.

Yeah you’ll for sure wanna get the Felwinter on your account. It’s super easy. The only hard part is 1k shotgun kills but you can just load up a Shuro Chi cp in Last Wish to farm kills which would be less than an hour or you can farm PvP kills because that’s bonus progress.
