Thanks for posting this! I've been doing a lot of extra work during calls! Do you know if there's any way to create a form off of a playbook if you wanted to ask these questions before the call as a way to weed out prospects that aren't a fit before they can book a call?

Josh, thanks for commenting! It is fairly common that companies use forms to gather information before scheduling calls. There is not a quick/direct way to take a playbook and create a form. Since you can use playbooks to update properties, you can manually create a form to match the same property fields.

Thank you for your informative video! Do you know if it's possible to import data from prior calls and map those fields to a playbook? If you are building your playbook with fields for segmentation, and data is in the fields before you created the playbook - will it open up already filled in with the information you've already gathered?

Hi Alexandra! Thanks for watching. We are thrilled you got good information from it. You can import deals or data to update deals. If the field already has a value before you open the playbook, it will fill it in automatically. You can always update the property field if needed, but the current value will show in the playbook.

@@HubSpotHacks Thanks for replying! It looks like HubSpot removed the update / custom field function from Playbooks - we have a Sales Professional account and it's saying only Enterprise can access.

Is there a way to send the information gathered by a playbook to another user? I want to create a workflow that takes the information gathered via the playbook and sends an internal email once the call is logged.

There is not any workflow options based on playbooks but if you are using playbooks to update properties, you could send that information via internal email based on some other actions like deal stage or something that aligns with the playbook.

I have my team log a meeting for each discovery call. So if I set up my playbook correctly, you are saying that will show up as a meeting?

Hi Teresa! Yes, if you set the playbook up correcting they will log as a meeting in HubSpot!
