I also think that this time of year coming out of the ups and downs of winter, is distracting. An inexpensive project that can be decorated a myriad of ways. I had a shoulder injury decades ago. I worked in health care and it took a while. My youngest daughter is like you and always in pain. Crafting is her saving grace. Have many saved envelopes and am going to try this. (Mary)🌺

I have chronic pain also. I think our focus is affected because there are so many cute options out there ! It sounds good anyway lol I'm also learning that when you have pain it is good to distract yourself which is what I am doing right now with your lovely Tutorial. Now, off I go to buy some Peter Rabbit Digitals 😄

Liz I am sorry to hear you are under the weather, I can surely relate and now knowing that my rotator cuff is torn and my biceps is separated with a frozen shoulder I am at my wits end. Healing from gallbladder surgery and waiting for my primary to call me about the MRI findings (although the clinic already notified me of the above findings). I don't know what my next step is. I have found a shoulder immobilizer sleeve that restricts my shoulder but allows me to use my arm and hand, hopefully helping to prevent further damage. But I understand your issues and I empathize with you. However on the bright side, I am just back in the studio and these little junk mail envelopes made me smile and they are definitely on my 'to do' list and I will be sure to give kudos to you for the inspiration. I’m always making pockets right beside my stack of envelopes which just gets higher. My goodness! Now I will just scoot that stack over in front of me. I love the coffee spray idea and especially the delicate stenciling idea. Thank you for the idea and encouragement!
