The one style it was specifically designed for doesn't really feel affected by Kimura's "slowing", since the whole point is to prevent running hitman's, a good hitman still does the same M1 dash back process, it's rather irritating and sad to see but I'm sure it'll get buffed up, it's super fun to play and I love the ultimate
