Experience warfare on an entirely new scale as over 10 THOUSAND enemy units assault your castle walls. Do you have what it takes to save the kingdom? Is the kingdom even worth saving?
The game has been designed with freedom as a core concept. The Endless Mode grants you full access to the tech tree and there are no limitations on how you approach the challenges that the procedurally generated maps provide. Go heavy on walls early, build large armies of cannon-fodder, or pursue the macro game of greedy growth and costly investments. Finding which style grants you the most success is up to you.The campaign will offer you challenges of combat and morality: it is a grim and unpleasant world. Few are worthy of your allegiance and even fewer will trust it. As in real life, stupidity and greed lie behind most problems, but here it is far too late to talk it through. You have no recourse to resolve this peacefully. At this stage: Diplomacy Is Not an Option!

Waiting for the moment he will realise that even mines become empty. It is usually the moment you need a lot of stone to upgrade your defenses because of gigantic waves of enemies. Oh and you don't have soul crystals anymore. Also, you can simply upgrade your buildings without destroying them (like the obelisks...). And your dead soldiers become zombies that attack you if you don't bury them quick enough. Well... next gameplays will be intense. XD

I mean at some point, the food issue will net a surplus and at that point you could trade excess food and wood for stone.

There's a lovely button called the "Upgrade" button, you can upgrade the buildings instead of rebuilding

Some stuff I notice if anyone interested: - Plague only happen if your people go near it, so if troops die far away they wont cause plague but unburied corpses will become zombies (also spawn when cemetery is destroyed) - In last wave if u haven't cleared all the enemy settlements, they will all join last wave. So if u only just defend, it will be a nightmare to fend off attacks from all sides - a few spear dudes + some healers are enough to hold the line so focus on crossbowmen for dmg - enemies will attack any structure directly in front of their path so u probably dont need an entire wall, just make like a few decoy to keep them occupied and have ranged troops clearing them out (probably only work on wave 2-3 when their number not too great and resources are limited) - when moving your troops, press f then right click on a location so they will move and auto attack enemies. You can also group them into teams with Ctrl+num for easy management. If u wanna add new troops to existing team, u need to press Ctrl+num twice I think

Two tips, you can attack move so your units attack as soon as possible and you had 6 lumber mills doing nothing the whole video, you can set their work area just like grave diggers and builders

A couple of hints for the game play : 1- you can upgrade the obelisk 2-the walls are better be placed with 99% as towers as you need alot of damage dealers in later waves (walls are useless) 3-atrack move is available by pressing ( A) when selecting combat units 4-farms are more efficient if you place beside each one 2-3 granary 5-houses has a housing bonus if you place a fountain in the middle ( available in teir 2 castle upgrade) - best design is square of 8 houses and 1 fountain in the middle 6- better when you have alot of supplies to have more than 2 barracks for troop production 7-once you unlocked the crossbows, fully change your whole army to crossbows as damage output is needed for giants / shields 8-always research the damage bonus (crossbow / bow / walls)

The best are the trebuchet Upgrade the engineers guild Get the trebuchet it deals explosive damage. Replace all your current ballistas with this on the towers Get the Spearman and crossbow man and the healers and replace tye current army(the next level troops are better) also keep your healers at back (that's how your army died so fast, also you need more Spearman) There's another tower you can get for defenses other than the one you are using currently(it Can hold more military or siege engines) The ranged units behind the wall will not be properly able to help in the defense as their arrows end up hitting the walls

10:00 Mr Matt! You sacrificed all of your very strong spearmen for no reason! The catapults and archers would have destroyed the giants fairly easily without taking any damage, and recruiting more army costs food, hence why your people started starving. You were literally just feeding your food to the giants basically lol.

I was watching a few people play this game and having healers for your warriors are very very beneficial. You are much less likely to lose even 1 warrior with 4 or 5 healers. Set up an area for a massive farm as well to deal with all of the food issues. All of your resources will eventually deplete so you will need to branch out quite a bit.

The spear men have a decent range causing them to get hit less in hand to hand combat as well. They are quite strong when paired with the healers.

Farms are definitely the best food source at this point, though they are quite big. Also, once you have your settlement surrounded by walls the hospital is pretty much pointless because the dead bodies will eventually just turn into zombies and attack your settlement and I find it's easier to deal with them that way . The grave digger works more than fast enough to pick up any bodies within his range so plagues are never an issue

i got this game from the first video you put out, ya really gotta micro manage the armys when out and about clearing houses cause they will get overwhelmed. pull what you can and retreat and rinse and repeat. less work for the diggers haha

Hei, you don't have to place the berry huts to the berry bush, they have an aoe picking range that is quite large, the green cirkle that is darker green then the ground.

Try playing the colonists on steam, it’s like this but with cute little robots. It also has a fighting mode against AI if you advance far enough but for me it is super hard. Maybe you could also play Bad North which is on the Nintendo Switch and Steam. It is also quite fun and strategic.

Tactic. Have a gate open where the enemy is and have a bunch of troops at the other end with a ton of healers to help disperse the crowd. And not take it all at once.
