bought this machine along with an extra water and vacuum pump, a upholstery tool with a viewport window, a carpet wand with a slider attachment, floor buffer, some cleaning products, ect. 2000 bucks and some phone calls/meet and greet with property and vacation rental management companies and abra cadabra! I now make 70 to 120 k a year depending on how many jobs come in. on average, you could make 75 bucks an hour. i started working for a company in 01 and finally broke out on my own 3 years ago. i use this and all natural products on interiors of vehicle, carpet, upholstery, and even tile/grout. it works great but is limited to 15 ft of hose. anymore than that and you will lose too much extraction. its very light weight at about 40 lbs empty. maintainance is pretty low and cheap compared to a van mounted unit. im so glad i dont have to mess with literally 100s of ft of hose anymore.

mostly biokleen products, coffee tannin remover, stain magic (amazing stuff). oh and purple power orange cleaner for really bad cleanups

7:00 extractor is extracting the dirt, steamer is just breaking it down deeper in to the pad underneath the carpet, witch eventually you’ll need to extract or with time, it will cause bad odors in the car

Been using this 4 years on cars and even carpets with carpet wand. I also bought the mytee dry upholstery tool which I absolutely love. It's so much easier to use along with quicker dry times. Don't limit yourself to autos when you can clean upholstery sofas , love seats , chairs etc.. I'm buying the 1000 Dx 220 psi from mytee for carpet use. There's $$ to be made out there with these machines.

I don't agree with that. Offering more services doesn't necessarily mean more money and better success. If you grow faster than what your business can handle, your business will suffer. I'm not saying growth isn't good, but growing prematurely is a way to hurt your business. Nothing wrong with mastering a piece of the market.

I have a Mytee Lite II extractor and I love it! I saw a few comments about the Mytee Dry Upholstery Tool. I bought one almost 2 years ago. In my opinion, at $350, it is ridiculously overpriced. $100 would be more appropriate. Simply because of how it is made. The sprayer parts inside the head of the tool were rusted and corroded within a few months. I could go on and on, but my point is for that much money, I expected a much better quality tool. Hope that helps!! :)
@AndysAutoCarePlus5 жыл бұрын
DJ Sassafrass very good information I appreciate that. I still haven’t bought it just due to the fact that I don’t use this extractor enough to justify that kind of a purchase.

Why ONR? I never heard of it before used as an extraction detergent
@AndysAutoCarePlus6 жыл бұрын
Corey Lee Imaging the cleaning power of ONR works great! I use different extractor detergent for heavily soiled carpets and seats but if it’s not really too bad ONR is my go to. I got that idea from optimum themselves I was skeptical at first but it really does work.

🚨 0:44 your wrong, you do need an extractor if you are serious about detailing as a business. Carpet extractor is an essential tool in your arsenal to get professional results. Eventually you’ll have to purchase an extractor

I have seen and talked to in person some of the top level Detailers from around the world that don’t have one.
@AlmaRockeraOficial4 жыл бұрын
Andy's Auto Care Plus maybe you should upload the interviews. I would like to hear their process on how they actually extract the dirt out of carpets, fabric car seats, not just push it in deeper. I’ve been Detailing for 18 years and tried many different ways and haven’t found a better and faster way than using a hot water carpet extractor.
@SirClintonPaul4 жыл бұрын
@@AlmaRockeraOficial I believe you are wrong. If a detailer chooses to take on nasty cars then yes he will need one. I am a certified auto geek detailer and I've been 6 years without one. They are not a necessity depending on what kind of work you take on. If I was putting out bad work I would not be covered up for 2 months. I understand your logic and we will never change each other's minds. I believe ( As many professionals do) making a blanket statement like you did is an error
@rodneyjohnson20646 жыл бұрын
I really don’t understand why is everybody using a drill if you have the carpet cleaner
@AndysAutoCarePlus6 жыл бұрын
Rodney Johnson The reason I use it is to agitate the chemical that i spray on, it helps bring up the dirt from underneath then when you go in with an extractor or even just a microfiber to wipe up you’re able to pull up that dirt.
@frankee33966 жыл бұрын
You can actually go straight to the carpet with your extractor but usually some agitate the bad spots with a microfiber towel and a hand brush

I’m just looking for a business idea I’m 21yrs old and this seems something I like but with soo many extractor reviews I’m not sure which one to buy I have a job but eventually once I start doing part time I will quit and do full time on me any tips for beginners ?
@AndysAutoCarePlus5 жыл бұрын
Jerry Cabello The biggest thing I can say is start small and work your way up so that way in case you do decide that it’s not for you you’re not out a bunch of money on expensive tools and things like that. A good place to start is go to Walmart or get on Amazon and check out just the basic rug doctor extractor it really does a great job if an extractor is what you’re looking for. I have a couple reviews of it on my channel. Keep your mind open keep learning and practice practice practice.
