Question. I keep seeing artists with iPad pro using those gloves. Why? I thought those were for palm rejection. But doesnt the ipad/procreate already allow palm rejection? So why use the glove? Just ordered new iPad and bought procreate and debating getting a glove if there's good reason. Sub earned.

Congrats on your purchase! I’ve heard a lot of people say you don’t need it etc. I guess it depends on how you hold the pencil. I’m used to painting traditionally so I use my fingers for stability and that’s where the palm rejection isn’t as effective 🙂 I kept drawing on the screen accidentally even with all the settings that I tried. See if you like without it. One thing a definitely recommend is a screen protector. I tried drawing without it and didn’t like it 🙂

@@JustGreta_ I went ahead and ordered some good gloves. Seen one youtuber say it helps prevent oils from your hand smudging up the screen too. Any recommendations of what screen protector i should get? Everyone seems to warn against ones like PaperLike etc.

@@AppNasty I have Paperlike, it does scratch easily especially if you’re constantly drawing but I love the feel of it which won me over. It’s like drawing on paper. Have yet to try others 🙂
