They stay in my ears when running and become unnoticeable. They are tight but comfortable. The sound quality is about the same as the 1st gen buds. They pair more easily with my LG G8 ThinQ and immediately reconnect when removed from the case. The sound balance is excellent, good but not overpowering base and clean mid tones and highs.Cons: The noise cancellation is good but perhaps a little less effective than the Bose ANC on the 1st gen buds. Passthrough mode as not as good as the 1st gen buds making it a little more difficult to hear conversations when in passthrough.

I just bought these about a week ago and I love them so much more than my AirPods Pro. The fit is better and to me they sound better as well. The battery life is great and the features like tapping the edge to control volume is crazy fun because I just tap the outside of my ear. When I do it my coworkers are like what did you just do? Andres Gomez yeah I went back to my AirPods Pro because of the micro stutters. Which just started happening like a few weeks ago. Don’t know if it was an update that broke them but it was annoying. No, the app doesn’t need to be open to use them.

The only downside, which I could be wrong about, would be switching between multiple apple devices. I switch between my iPad and iPhone often with my AirPods and I’m guessing that process wouldn’t be as seamless with something like the galaxy buds.

This is also my concern! Your 250 usd is good for two years only. After that, you need 100$ to replace the battery. But i like the apple ecosystem so much so that i’m still considering buying airpods pro. Galaxy buds+ is really a sound alternative.

I just got my first iPhone (13 pro max) after a decade of using only Samsung Galaxy S series. I still got pretty much every accessories from Samsung watch to galaxy buds+. I’m just amazed that after pairing it for the first time you no longer need to pair it the next time you use it. I just pop my buds casing open and they just connect right away, but without the animations. I don’t even use the buds app. The settings I had it set when I’m still using my S20+ still remain on my buds+, and still function exactly the same with my iPhone.

@@ndiablo7991 Works absolutely perfect. Sound quality is pretty much on hardware, and iPhone on the other hand has a really nice audio software. So iPhone, and Buds+ works just like Airpods.

Make sure they're the "+" models and not the original ones released in 2019. Samsung did not allow those to be compatible with the iOS app only the "+" can link to the app. The normal Galaxy Buds still work in iOS but only through Bluetooth

Love these buds on iOS! My only complaint is that I have to jack these up to about 75% volume for my liking. With most of my headphones/buds, I can typically toggle it to about 60% on iOS for my preferred listening experience with music.

Im sold. Thanks for the info, I dont like the airpods pro or regular ones. I like that Buds Plus have different colors and that they dont look like pieces of Alfalfa hanging down from your ears like the Airpods. Ive been using my regular galaxy buds with my iPhone 11pro and even tho there is no APP for these they sound good for me but getting the galaxy buds plus AND the APP for IOS I could only imagine the sound quality getting better.
