Thank you for have Mr. Hill give his presentation. He is very likeable and never comes off as a know-it-all.

Yes, he produces terrific content, although some people don't think so 🙂 His recent 45 minute video on different types of fats is very good.

When it comes to getting enough protein it is my understanding there is not a diet that can be designed that is sufficient in calories that is protein deficient.

The science was validated many years ago in the Esselstyn book. The artery image from the Esselstyn book is from his colleague Dr. Joe Crowe a general surgeon who at age 44 had a heart attack even though he was slim, a non smoker, not a diabetic, no high blood pressure and had low total cholesterol of 156 mg/dL. So Esselstyn debunked himself because Crowe had all the metrics for preventing heart disease but could not explain why it happened. He changed the Crowe diet to less animal foods but if animal foods caused the problem why did they not raise his cholesterol level high like Esselstyn says they will? Dr. Joe Crowe died at age 72 in February 2024. Trump has a BMI of 30 and high cholesterol but never had any problem.

that's not what the data says. If you look at the areas that have become more westernised then life expectancy drops. I think you know this!!

Yes, he is a full-time plant pusher supplementer. He actually believes that epidemiology is a robust scientific method when it comes to humans. Scientist that understand empirical data and actual experimental science, scoff at researchers that present epidemiology as having the same veracity as actual science.
