Using scraps to make Twinkling 9 Patch!

I LOVE this wonky star block and have used it in many ways. I've learned to streamline the process of sewing them together. So, I thought I would share my methods with you. This is a simple way to dip your toes into "improvisational" quilting. Get out those scraps and come play with me!
