I have to thank you. I have been watching your videos and applying (and practicing) your techniques, and I finally won my first medal - a 2nd place - in taekwondo competition on Saturday. I finally felt like I knew what I was doing, could counter quickly, and could surprise my opponent with moves they did not see coming. Thank you so much!

That arm sweep can b used against you so you should hit it with your arm pad in competition so they cant say you were holding. Sometimes i even do hold on accident just by trying to force my opponents leg out of the way.

More experience. After you get more used to it you normally do not freeze.
