The licensure exam for physicians in my country comes in 15 days. We were given 4months of review. But with 16 hrs of binge-watching your videos, I got more stuff retained and understood than I ever did in the past three months. Thank you Dr. Neil, no matter how my exam goes, I can't thank you enough. God bless you!

Excellent videos, I’m totally a fan of yours. Just for my mental sake, in the last case, I though the most reduced (deficiency) would’ve been the 17 hydro, and not the 11, because of the high BP and the ambiguous genitalia. Thank you for provide us with your knowledge !

Thanks a lot for all of your videos, I've reviewed Kaplan videos, Rx videos, boards and beyond videos. Honestly, a lot of these biostats vids you uploaded (which is what lead me to your channel) is exactly what I needed because my foreign school didn't teach biostats/epidemio well enough. The other companies' videos I mentioned honestly can't compare, 1 hour video of theirs is the equivalent to 10 minutes in your videos. Thank you so much for these, this channel is a gem and I'll recommend it to anyone who asks about step resources!

Dr. Neil,in 3:58 you say we have salt wasting due to lack of cortisol. Is it due to lack of Cortisol or Aldosterone? I think hypoglycemia may be a better choice . If I am wrong, please correct me. Thank you Sir

I should have said combination of the two (Aldosterone & Cortisol) in reference to salt wasting... my error. Hypoglycemia more associated with the low Cortisol, nice catch.
