Spike Protein from Infection or Vaccine Can Be Problematic for Some (An Article Review)
Researchers from UC Davis and Harvard have written an article published in NEJM about the role of anti-idiotype antibodies possibly causing autoimmune disease in some individuals. They think that the network hypothesis formulated by Neil K Jerne (a Nobel Laureate) maybe at play. Let's review.

I'm no scientist, I'm a mechanical engineer that worked in quality control, when I first looked into how the "vaccines" worked and what they did I instantly assumed it would lead to autoimmune desease. All you have to do is look up what all the parts are and how the immune system figures out what to kill. Also because they only targeted 1 protein I knew the efficiency of the "vaccine" against the virus would depleat fast. It's not my profession but even I could see the problem. I refused the vaccine and lost my job for it...... its been hard but I have no regrets.

Maybe they should try targeting ANY other protein of SARS-CoV-2, besides a spike that is capable of binding to ACE2 - what makes it literally a potentially lethal cytotoxin... At this point, you just can't blame the ignorance

@@Locito845 Actually, not only sweeteners - any sugar, alcochol, overeating and sedentary lifestyle - all these things are creating changes in the organism, through spiking insulin and other hormones, which leads to chronic inflammation. And chronic inflammation is the main reason of cardiovascular, neirodegenerative diseaes and cancers.
@JJAngleton
@JJAngleton 2 жыл бұрын
@@Locito845 It depends what we’re talking about. Aspartame (Don Rumsfeld’s Baby) is combined from two amino acids (phenylalanine & aspartic acid) which are bond together by methyl group. This methyl group is enzymatic broken down into formaldehyde. At least unless you drink a little alcohol... What I found worse is high fructose corn sirup as base for all major soft drinks. Because fructose is metabolized exclusively in the liver and causes NAFLD in children. This might eventually lead to the T2-DM epidemic since insulin resistance occurs in the liver first. That in turn increases serum insulin. And not just many proto-oncogenes are in the downstream of the IRS, but there’s actually a positive feedback loop in the inflammatory system: the GABA-shunt of the TCA cycle makes IL-1β. This in turn serine-phospoorylates the IRS (receptor-desensitation) now serum glucose rises and produces more IL-1β. It’s a positive feedback loop. That’s why kids become obese and vulnerable. I believe here is the reason why adipose patients suffer from long Covid. Everything is about the pro-inflammatory situation that we enhance by feeding children sugar (sucrose is 50:50 fructose/glucose). Maybe Stevia and such are better...

This is how all drugs are approved - take a sample which is supposed to be random and prove that it has an effect. They will only find out later whether those who have a side effect have some common properties. How did we get to this? Some traditions such as Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine implicitly recognize the differences in individuals and all treatments are to bring balance to that particular individual.

It can't be stressed enough that constantly being boosted is perhaps more detrimental to long-term health than slightly waning protection, as when the body encounters the actual pathogen, it will be kicked into action anyway. Having a higher antibody count to begin with isn't necessarily better (antibodies are also a poor metric for determining immunity).

One of your most ground breaking videos Dr. Been. So, the problem if I understood correctly is that there's a share of randomness when it comes to the shape of a certain area of the antibody. Some will bind perfectly to the ACE2 ( creating some inflammation and preventing the required functionality of the ACE2 receptors ) and some won't. My question is: Although part of the shape of the antigen is random. Is there a way to determine the probability for an individual to be subject to this problem? Maybe by extracting a sample of that individual and test in vitro the binding likelihood on the ACE2???

Yet another beautiful discussion. My question is that if anti-idiotype antibodies that possess an RBD-like structure are created through somatic hypermutation, wouldn’t the body have a mechanism to get rid of these antibodies, provided that they may try and attack ACE-2? Doesn’t the body sort out antibodies with variable regions that correspond to the body’s own receptors? Or is this a proposed autoimmune issue?

I think that your audience is for the most part sufficiently savvy on medical terms that you could use the term "Cognate Antigen" in your lectures when describing a leukocyte's BCRs/TCRs. I also think a clarification might be in order on somatic hypermutation; My understanding is that this process happens only in the pre-maturity/differentiation phases of B/T cells' development. If that's not the case, and matured/differentiated B cells can make minor tweaks in the antibodies' binding motifs during their active lifespan, I'd be curious to confirm. Keep up the great work!
