It’s too bad that so many people are so ignorant of the harms these foods do. Thank you for doing what you do to educate us all on how to be healthier.

The home baking is really important note..even if you use premilled bleached flour( youve skipped the most important step i see now) keeping grains whole until milling like a machine i found called mock mill does..some peoples sprouts the grain 🌾 then te dehydrated then added to water for sufficient time to allow fermentation saved my own family from gerd after three years of discomfort and acid reflux

Very insightful 🙏 Could you please do a lecture with a more in depth explanation of SIBO? Allegedly the majority of IBS patients have SIBO, so this constitutes a large portion of the population. Regular Doctors (almost all) completely ignore SIBO.

I believe it is stress. Not the type most doctors think of, but bacterial stress. Ever since I stopped eating too frequently, issues went away. Even with VERY high fiber, 0 gas sometimes, also dependent on what foods I combine. Theres no way there isn't any fermentation, clearly I believe it's stress, when I eat too soon after, I get gas.

One thing I noticed is no matter what, my digestion would be in complete disarray if Canola (rapeseed) oil was used for preparation. But not with Sunflower oil. I would swear the omega-6 is not the only problem when looking at oils. Another thing is more about the aftermath - do not underestimate walking and sit-ups. Moving helps your gut to move too - it helps you get rid of unnecessary pain.

Hi. Good list! However, hot dogs are generally safe. Have to check ingredients and make sure no grain, or sugar filler. But they are generally safe. Especially when you get into the Kosher variety.

That poison was studied to injure and kill soon or later. Some jobmates died (i work for police), one lost his young son of hearth attack (found dead in his room). I ve never seen so much cancer cases as from 2021 on... It s an hell. I ve not committed suicide only for my 4yo son. Was really fit and healthy a gym maniac now life ruined forever.. Signing for it. Eating a diet rich in carbohydrates, particularly Fructose, appears to not be a problem when we are young because it is a SLOW Acting Poison. The resulting spike of High Blood Insulin, along with the high oxidative stress from such a Diet, takes a DECADE or more for the deleterious effects to become apparent. We now start our children earlier on their journey to Carbohydrate Addiction, feeding them sugary Breakfast Cereals, Fruit Juices, Soda Pop, Energy Drinks, and Ultra-Processed Foods, resulting in the Epidemic of Juvenile Diabetes we observe today. This could easily be reversed if we fed them low carb ketogenic Whole Foods, eliminating the sugary drinks, candy, desserts, and constant snacking.

You’ve seen the Foods NOT to eat, those that cause Leaky Gut. What are the best Foods to eat to PREVENT Leaky Gut? 🤔 Those Foods would be the Low Carbohydrate, Nutrient-Dense, single ingredient Whole Foods of the Ketogenic Diet. The best examples being Fatty Meats, Fatty Fish, and Eggs. Beef, 80/20 Hamburger, Beef Liver, Salmon, Mackerel, Anchovies, Sardines, Halibut. Pasture-Raised & Finished and Wild Caught are better than Grain-Fed or Industrially Farmed. Is it any wonder the Carnivore Diet, the lowest Carbohydrate of the Ketogenic Diets, has proven so effective in Gut Health and reversing many Chronic Diseases, Autoimmune Diseases, and Allergies?
@andrewstrakele6815
@andrewstrakele6815 9 сағат бұрын
Actually, the BEST way to PREVENT Leaky Gut is to eat NOTHING! This is called Fasting,. EVERYONE does it when they Sleep. Fasting gives your Gut a vacation from Digestion, allowing it to Heal and be Repaired, restoring the tight junctions and improving Gut Integrity. The KEY is extending the good Fasting you do when Sleeping into your Waking Hours by eating Breakfast later (or skipping it entirely!) or eating Dinner earlier. Reducing the time window when you eat to 8 or less hours during the Day is known as Intermittent Fasting. Intermittent Fasting should be followed with the Ketogenic Diet. When you don’t eat anything for a period of 24 hours or longer, it is called Prolonged Fasting. It dramatically boosts the Health effects of Intermittent Fasting, stimulating Autophagy, the Body’s Recycling and Trash Removal Process. In fact, a 3 day Prolonged Fast is one of the Best ways to completely reset your entire Immune System!

If you have Leaky Gut, it allows Pathogens and Foreign Proteins (such as the SARS-CoV-2 Spike Protein) to avoid Digestion and directly enter the Bloodstream. If you have a Leaky Gut, you also will have a Leaky Blood/Brain Barrier, allowing Pathogens and Foreign Proteins to enter your Brain! Once they enter the Brain,, the Inflammation caused by an Immune System response in the Brain can lead to Dysautonomia, Brain Fog, Migraines, as well as Depression & Anxiety. Long COVID, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/ME, Chronic Lyme Disease, MCAS, and POTS may involve Leaky Gut and a Leaky Blood/Brain Barrier.
