Another great talk from Prof Holmes, I love the clear and no bulls***t delvery. Clearly this has persisted from his Navy days and we are all the beneficiaries, especially when it is combined with a sharp intellect and unquestionable logic.

With the U.S. Arsenal exceeding China greatly in weapons, I can see why we make reference to hauntings in regards to over spending. Perhaps we should focus on the inquiry of budget and the competition with various governments.

Very good strategy by the speaker! Explain in analogies, comparative scenarios, metaphors, instead of addressing the apprehensions directly.
